I bought external hard drive from Amazon

I like Amazon that they were very good service with their customer support. I can send the drive I purchased back if it has problem from manufacturer. Latest, I used new one for a week and I feel it’s not OK. So, I sent it back to replace it. Next week, I receive new drive from Amazon and it works well.
